I have yet to weigh myself, so we shall see if weight has been lost, but this is what I've heard from two co-workers:
- "You look narrower."
- "You look gaunt and white."
Also, my spiritual awakenings are semi-private, so while I may allude to them within posts, I won't spell them outright.

Wow. All of my comments answered in one post; I don't know whether to feel honored, or to believe that I have commented too much. Maybe both!
"Gaunt and pale" sounds unhealthy. That is too bad; nobody ever says "You look gaunt/pale" and means it to be flattering.
"Narrower" is flattering.
Of course the spiritual stuff is private, but aside from before-and-after pictures and graphic descriptions of time on the toilet (and off), the spiritual/emotional stuff is really the most pressing and interesting.
